CARDIO/WEIGHT ROOM RESERVATIONS (DOWNSTAIRS)

Cardio/Weight Room Reservation & Usage Rules 1 Hours/Days: M-F 5am-9pm, Sat 7am–12pm. 7 Must check in reservation by 5 minutes after the reserved hour, or it can be given to walk-in patrons. 2 All OFC passholders and daily admissions accepted. 8 Wearing a mask into the facility is required. 3 1 hour limit per day 9 Disinfecting equipment before and after use required. 4 Online reservations recommended. Online reservations can be made up to 24 hours in advance. 10 Social Distancing. 5 Call in for reservation 801-229-7154, M-F 8-5pm. 11 No Children.
*Note: All patrons will undergo a symptom questionnaire before entering facility. Please do not come in if you do not feel well and/or are experiencing any symptoms of any illness.
