Instructional league aimed to teach the fundamentals of football to kids in 1st grade and 2nd grade while introducing them to the game in a fun-filled environment. During each week of the season we will focus on a particular skill set needed for football. An example would be for week one we are going to practice on throwing and receiving the football. This league will run for six weeks starting Thursday, September 4. Each week will start with a 20 minute practice followed by two, 12 minute halves, with a running clock. Scores will not be kept for these games. Games will be played at City Center Park on Thursday evenings. T-shirts will be included. There will be no scheduled practices between games.


There will be one official. Coaches from both teams will also help officiate games.

**Teams are formed by neighborhood areas. Some teams may be combined depending on the number of kids that register.
