This senior weightlifting class assists active older adults on the proper use of free weights, weight machines and more. Build up your strength and flexibility by learning how to safely work your major muscle groups and increase your range of motion. Classes will be taught by a personal trainer who will show you how to properly use equipment and have correct and safe form.

This class is designed to help you learn the basics of weightlifting so you can feel comfortable navigating your way through the gym. Classes will be taught by a personal trainer who will show you how to properly use equipment and have correct and safe form. For ages 14+.

The class is designed to Expand upon the basics from the Beginners Weight Lifting class or for people with basic weightlifting knowledge. Ages 14+
