Join our four week intro to weightlifting class for teens! This class is designed to help teens ages 14-19 learn the basics of weightlifting so they can feel comfortable navigating their way through the gym. Classes will be taught by a personal trainer who will show you how to properly use equipment and have correct and safe form.

Build up your strength and flexibility by learning how to safely work your major muscle groups and increase your range of motion. Classes will be taught by a personal trainer who will show you how to properly use equipment and have correct and safe form.
