Based off lessons and principles of Southern Shaolin Kung Fu. It takes decades of practice under a qualified teacher, sifu, to fully learn and understand kung fu. Your child will be taught how to block strikes and kicks and how to counter with strikes and kicks. We will go over basic stance, the importance of balance, and how to defend oneself and others against an attack.
